Workshops

• Workshops last between 1hr 20min or 2hrs. An agreed duration will be set in advance of each workshop.

• All workshops allow time for a short 5 minute break in the middle.

• Sessions are STRICTLY capped at the indicated capacity.

• Bookings require suitable AV-equipped space (projector or screen). If this is not possible, please inform Viral Wise in advance and we will be able to arrange a projector for an additional fee.

Workshop Availability

As of 1st May 2026, Viral Wise workshops are only available for bookings in County Cork. We are not currently accepting bookings outside this region.

Bookings & Payment

• Workshops must be booked at least 72 hours in advance.

• Payments will be invoiced within 48 hours after the workshop. Payment is appreciated as soon as possible.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be clearly communicated by email or via at least 12 hours in advance.

• Materials do not replace professional advice of any kind.

• Viral Wise accepts no responsibility for misuse or misinterpretation of materials.

Liability

• Viral Wise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from workshops or materials.

• Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under Irish law.

Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, and resources remain the property of Viral Wise.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
